Oct. 4th (13s) 9-11am

Oct. 4th (14s) 12:30-2:30

Please register for tryouts by emailing us at acesvbclubok@gmail.com with the following information:

1. Player Name

2. Player Birthdate

3. Team player is intending to tryout for

4. OKRVA registration number

5. Position (if known)

6. Parent(s) name & contact number

7. You may also attach a picture of player if you choose as this helps us during the evaluation process.

Tryout fee is $25 and can be paid at the door with cash/check. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you there!
